Here is what you can expect when ordering from Varxity.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Custom-made or pre-order items may require 2 to 3 weeks — exact timelines will be noted on the product page.
Domestic shipping (United States)

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account page.
Lost or damaged packages
Varxity will replace lost or damaged packages at no cost with proof of damage (photos required). File claims within 5 days of delivery to hello@varxity.co. For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier and issue replacements or refunds within 10 business days.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in fulfillment we cannot guarantee changes.
