Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Varxity purchase. If something isn't right, here is how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Return condition
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.
Items not eligible for return
- Items marked as final sale.
- Items returned without original packaging or with packaging that has been opened beyond inspection.
- Items damaged by misuse after delivery.
Return shipping
Customer pays return shipping on standard returns. Varxity covers return shipping when the item arrives defective or incorrect — please email hello@varxity.co with photos within 5 days of delivery and we will send a prepaid label.
How to start a return
- Email hello@varxity.co with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship your item back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed).
Refund timeline
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional few business days to post the refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If the new item sells out before your return is processed, we will issue a refund instead.
Defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email hello@varxity.co within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 5 days. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund within 10 business days where appropriate.
